Jackie Rich is joining me today at her beautiful listing in the heart of Madison Park. She’s done a ton of work getting it ready, so today we’re taking a quick walkthrough of the home to see how it looks.
Starting out in the front yard, everything is clean and the curb appeal is nice. One cool, unique feature about this home is the fact that it has a detached garage in the back. In the living room, they really wanted to open up the space, so they adjusted some furniture, cleaned out the fireplace, and decluttered.
The master bedroom and bathroom are simple, put together nice, and have a great view of the backyard, and a bonus room in the home actually used to be a garage, which is unnecessary now.
In the kitchen, we have granite countertops, fairly new stainless steel appliances, and Jackie also touched up some paint on the cabinets and walls.
The backyard is a nice, luscious space. There’s room for a full backyard of entertaining, and the yard is fully fenced in for pets. The deck has been repainted as well.
